The Diversity and Resiliency Institute of El Paso is the official training branch of the Borderland Rainbow Center. The Institute provides professional education to medical, mental health, social service, and education professionals, and continuing education for professionals licensed by the Texas State Board of Social Work Examiners. The institute also offers free learning opportunities for students and community members. Our education and training offerings promote our values of diversity and inclusion, working to break through bias and harmful social norms, so that all spaces can become just, equitable, and inclusive, and communities and providers can become more resilient.
